Diwan-E-Aam

The Diwan E Aam a hall of public audience is a double height verandah overlooking the magnificent Palace façade,fountain courtyard and the Charbagh garden. Thakur Sahib used to hold public audiences here he sat on the royal throne surrounded by carpets in silk and gold,receiving homage from the nobles and courtiers. The place is a perfect setting for a formal announcement followed by meals and entertainments. It can seat upto 90 people.
